You know how really good movies make you feel at a loss of words and all warm inside, even if they were sad you just experience enriched whether it'due south intellectually, emotionally, visually etc. This movie doesn't brand you feel like that at all. Information technology makes you feel one pace closer to knowing what a lobotomy is like. After watching information technology I felt and then bad for seeing something so explicitly stupid, I was angry, confused and still tin can't accurately explain it to total extent, partly considering I'thou trying to block all the memories of information technology. I don't know if it'southward possible to depict the type of moronic writing, that had no logic at all and the terrible truly vile characters.
Spoilers start from here so stop reading if you're seriously considering investing your time in this piece of cinematic art. We're supposed to root for a spoiled over-dramatic rich teenage daughter, that really has no thought what she wants/feels or thinks. ninety% of the time her simply reaction to any situation is to scream and complicate things, while on the other paw takes her 40 seconds to forget what she was hysterical about simply at present. Super realistic graphic symbol development is that later her best friend'south boyfriend dies she completely ditches her all-time friend. Stops all contact with her. I mean that's just great writing. And if you remember merely the female lead is written peachy, just wait. The male character (that of form all the girls accept a beat out on) is psycho macho abuser with severe anger issues, who all in all to the end of the movie has beaten up at least 6 guys, 2 of whom almost to death for no reason. And the viewers are supposed to experience attracted to him or at least sympathetic? Okay, you catch your mom having sexual activity with another guy, you get angry maybe fifty-fifty punch the guy but beat him up like an animal is a petty flake over the top. Also a affect of creepy. And this is the only "justifiable" beating in this masterpiece. My favorite part is when a random guy spills vino all over his spoiled rich girlfriend and he got and so unbelievably angry(??) that he actually hit the guy in the centre of a fancy result. What makes me MOST confused every bit to why any sane man being would even remotely understand with the male person pb is the role where he actually hitting his girlfriend. And this my friends is a "love story". Side by side time you wonder why domestic violence victims stay in calumniating relationships - this is one reason. Being indoctrinated past media, print, society, etc. For hundreds of years that abuse is somehow "care" or "passion".
Other redonkeylous macho concepts I was introduced to - the competition of who could do the most pull ups. At least that 1 gave me a good laugh.
Y'all know how commonly things in the plot happen for a reason, or at least in that location is some logic backside the events, some yard scheme of things? Yes, well I really missed that principle in Tres metros sober el cello, maybe the plot is just trying to be mysterious. I don't know.
The only reason why I would recommend this moving-picture show is if y'all want to feel this mixed feeling of nausea and shame for being a part of a species that created such vile garbage. The best part is the ending, the suspense of waiting throughout the whole picture show, hoping that something meaningful and rational will happen that will make all the terrible things you just saw worth it (or at least justified), and...... nothing happens. I hope I spared someone from feeling expressionless inside.

Impale it with fire
Cheap and cheesy, overfilled with cliché - this film is Nicholas Sparks bad. Sadly, such films have become pop these days.
I would put it into the same box with such masterpieces as Sparks' "A Walk to Remember", "The Last Song" and Meyer's "Twilight" series. And kill it with burn down.
There's something they unremarkably say near twilight, only it could be generalized for all of the aforementioned films - they have something in common with German porn. Whereas in German porn the storyline is a plot device to switch from 1 porn scene to another, in these films information technology's the plot device to go through cheesy romance scenes.
Federico Moccia - the writer of the original novella - is another persona non grata in my library.

one of the worst films I accept e'er seen - cheesy, unrealistic, Atrocious

Ever since it came out I kept hearing every single teenager going crazy almost this film so later on years I had to scout it. I have to say, I have seen most romantic films, fifty-fifty the actually cheesy ones like Nicholas Sparks cheesy or fifty-fifty Twilight. But cypher could have prepared me for this picture.
Putting aside the fact that everything was then predictable (typical of romantic films) the plot was very unrealistic and poorly written. Permit's recollect about Babi's friend. She falls madly in love with a guy that was stealing money from her bag. In which messed upward universe does this happen? Not to mention how annoying Babi is (1 of the main characters). She keeps breaking upward with Hugo (or any his name is)for no real reason and she abandons her best friend after her swain died right in front of her.
Oh, and that Hugo guy. What a grapheme! He gets into fight with anyone for no reason and not just a simple fight oh no. He beats those guys near to death. The best part is where he does this as Babi'due south 18th altogether party to a guy who spilled wine on Babi by accident. I'one thousand telling you, the perfect guy. And the red on meridian is where he slaps Babi. That, to be fair, was the only time when he was entitled to practise it equally Babi was accusing him of killing his best friend (even if he wasn't there when it happened and he had nothing to do with it).
OK, so this is a movie where the main characters are people anyone would hate in existent life even though they're supposed to be the opposite. This is a motion-picture show where resorting to concrete violence is justified only when a man hits a woman. If you put it like that it would audio quite interesting and it would probably deserve a greater rating because information technology would be a drama, not a Honey STORY.
I have just seen the film (like an 60 minutes agone). Honestly, it was so bad I cannot even find my words to explicate it. Information technology was cheesy (she gets a tattoo of his name the day later they kiss for the first time) and nothing had any pregnant. You're expecting everything to autumn into place at the end and information technology doesn't.
Information technology wasn't plenty that the film was a disappointment but seeing that on IMDb it is rated 7.2/x breaks my center. Seriously people? Seriously???

My god it's bad, if you are over fifteen years, your encephalon does not back up all these clichés, these actors, a realization also mediocre. It's worthy of a TV film with rose water that would make Twilight a cinematic masterpiece. The finish is a little more drink than the residuum. For me, she was totally insensitive to my level of interest with the pic was close to 0.

One of the worst movies I accept ever seen

I couldn't finish information technology. It started like a chick-flick (I like chick-flicks), then, after a few minutes a train of logical nonsense and moral absence started. The performances were proficient, but the storyline totally disappointed me and made me angry. A really overreacting young homo with his unadapted friends and a depression self esteem high-school girl who didn't intendance almost annihilation, act similar what they do is cool by all means.
By the time I had to cease it, the things that I learned from this moving picture were: It's OK to steal. Yous could fall in-dear with the guy who is robbing you. You can crash at a party and harass women. Y'all tin destroy a firm. You can vandalize cars. You can hit a dainty guy who is protecting his friend. You can massacre the guy who is having an affair with your mom. A teenage girl tin ride a motorbike wearing just underwear. It'south OK to betray your friend. You can fall in-love with the guy who punch the friend who was protecting yous. All of these because a teenage girl likes a "hot" dude.
If I had a teenage daughter I wouldn't let her watch it. It disrespects women and it's a actually bad example for young people.

Bully modern take on Romeo and Juliet
Wow! What a knockout of a movie. If i was to say that this is aimed at the female person Twilight audience, one would just exist partially correct. There is enough of a hard border to the story and the characters to appeal to any red-blooded male in the audition. The story of a girl from a rich family who falls in hate/love with a smartass illegal motor cycle racing street hood kicks this up into a testosterone story well-nigh a thug trying to come to terms with his uncontrollable angers and find honey amidst his own brutality. Taken from an Italian novel by Federico Moccia, this was originally filmed (in Italian) in 2004 and so remade in Castilian in 2010. This movie cries out for an American remake!!! I only prays that if that twenty-four hours ever comes that the studio committees won't spiral it up every bit they have washed waaaay too often with foreign remakes.
Whatever the upkeep was for this movie, every penny is up at that place on the screen. Fantastic direction, fantastic cinematography. Great acting from the young leads. The supporting characters in the related subplots provide tragic elements that fourth dimension and again remind one of Romeo and Juliet in a high-speed modern setting.
The most interesting thing nigh the lead characters is the manner in which they change and mature. This is not a lovey-dovey romance that hits all the predictable points, but rather a tale of two people drawn towards one another in a relationship that cannot hope to succeed. This is one movie that will accept every female in the audition babble into her handkerchief at the ending. Did I say it was romantic? Did I say that it absolutely kills with its constant juxtaposition of hard-partying action and placidity, romantic moments? The stars of this Spanish version, Mario Casas and Maria Valverde appear destined for long and successful careers based on their performances here.
Accept I raved enough nearly this moving-picture show? No, I haven't. If you have i romantic spark in your soul and then run across this movie. And PRAY that Hollywood doesn't screw it upward in a dumb el-cheapo remake!

The guy treats the daughter like sh't and she still falls for him. Really naive movie, it should have teach girls to never take this horrible treatment from guys and instead aim college.
I don't sympathise why people still make this kind of movies.
what are we actually telling girls? to accept this beliefs and fight with other girls over guys that treats women like dogs?
And what will it teach guys? to act like this to a daughter and she will somewhen fall for him? and why can't the guy mature by himself for in one case, why must women act like some bodyguard and teach a grown human being how to respect others?

I don't run across why is this film popular, it's really typical and pathetic...Considering motion-picture show didn't end with happy ending that doesn't get in unique...I too don't like that she is a proficient girl and he is a bad guy and they fall in love, they are totally opposites...Movie deserves much lower rating...I don't know am I really common cold-blooded or other people are too sensitive, but I didn't cry at the cease at all, and everyone I know say that they cried...It's truthful I'm not fan of romantic flick, but if I run across really proficient romantic flick I will admit that and I can't admit that for this movie considering it doesn't deserve it!! I besides don't similar leading actor and actress, they don't human action really well, and every girl is driving me crazy nearly leading actor and he isn't that attractive...

Wanted to turn information technology off several times

I got this picture show recommended for me, more than in one case, so I had high expectations. It started out with a guy insulting a girl - and of course yous already know they are going to fall in dear. But at that same moment, when you meet the girl with a shy smile on her lips, every bit her machine drives away - that is one of the first, of many, big mistakes this motion picture does. Justifying and encouraging such treatment - to insult someone in order to "get her".
This movie justifies men treating women with no respect what so ever, the main graphic symbol, Hugo, harassed the girl, Babi, more than times than I tin count, without any reason. This handling kept on going, even after they became a couple. And Bebi kept running dorsum to him two seconds later, whatever 'big' mistake he did. One second they were broken up, and the next they were kissing over again.
Tres metros sobre el cielo provides terrible gender beliefs and roles for both men and women. It reinforces the stereotypes of men being trigger-happy, cold, emotionless, barbarous and disrespectful, and it portrays women every bit weak, indecisive, extremely emotional and incredibly dependent. I don't fifty-fifty know where to start, I could write a whole book about this movie and how information technology reinforces the gendered stereotypes we already have, and what kind of message information technology sends out to immature teenagers - who I judge are the main audition for this movie.
One of the few good things I tin say near it was the beautiful photography, information technology was thoughtful, lovely and very artistic. The actors were doing a good task as well, just their characters and the script was very, very bad.
I will non recommend this moving-picture show to anyone - merely probably rant nigh how bad it was, and how disappointed information technology made me. I kept waiting for a twist, a twist that somehow would brand all the behaviors and the handling justified, but it never came.. Please don't waste your time on this movie.

a really good movie
From my point of view this is the perfect picture for those who love romance. it contains a lot of magic moments,some of them beingness breath- taking. it is the kind of motion-picture show y'all will want to see over and over again. even if the idea may seem simple, the fashion is is developed makes it a fantastic one. i can also say that actors play really well and the soundtrack is good.
the only thing i tin't understand is the police IMDb mark, as i think the motion picture is much better that other movies,which accept improve marks anyway it doesn't actually thing
1 more than thing i want to add is that the final moments of the film are really emotionally . Besides there are some skilful ideas outlined in the film.

Empty motion-picture show full of nothing meaningful
What I don't understand is at what betoken do they outset to dear each other? This is not real love that makes you lot feel warm inside. This is a piece of s***. They are both drib expressionless gorgeous, they look at each other and Babi forgets any bullshit he did to her just because he'southward drop expressionless gorgeous and they fall in love only because they are cute. Honestly I was watching this and I thought, they must take skipped some months because these guys take naught in common, cipher to bond over. We didn't run across whatsoever meaningful dialogue betwixt them. At WHAT Signal, and WHY are they deeply in love? This motion picture is immature dearest at the most. I'm 16 but I just think at 18-21 people are more mature and should accept deeper relationships? Maybe i would take liked this movie when i was 10. It's like a very young teens/child fantasy because it has no basis on reality or true love (sorry I go along mentioning this).
Watch this movie if y'all want to kill encephalon cells.
I liked the music at the start star for that. And it was entertaining, I didn't get bored (maybe at the cease).

Stupid romance motion picture without an original plot. You have your typical cleaved boy (aka aggressive) who needs to be saved and the pop rich girl who is lost. The romance is unrealistic and abusive, I couldn't put myself to believe that someone would fall in love in those kinds of situations. If possible would beloved to give it 0/10

I heard a lot of positive reviews most this movie and I decided it was time for me to watch it too. Oh, how I wish I didn't...
The movie is bad. It is. The characters were so hard to relate to because all they did is brand me angry and annoyed. I was non able to feel empathy and root for those characters. Their decisions were irrational, their emotions didn't make sense, and their moods and feelings kept changing from scene to scene: first they hate each other, and so they love each other, then they hate once again, so they love again, and so on. Is this a kindergarten?! I mean, sure, such "love" sometimes happens, simply in this case information technology just wasn't reasoned enough. Ane thing that fabricated me a little happier is that they seemed to get a bit more mature in the ending and left all that typical but over-dramatized romance behind. I yet feel mad though.
Information technology too appeared to me that the film'south claim is that the only way to achieve spiritual happiness is by being a rebel and breaking the rules. How shallow and modest-minded, really.

I of the worst movies I have always seen

(Could incorporate spoilers giving vague clues to chief characters' general traits every bit well equally general plot development, but zero specific)
It was a tip from a friend to watch it in original language and improve my Spanish, which I speak quite well. I did watch it in Spanish. I watched the first 10 minutes in utter disgust but thinking that a sudden plot change will logically lead to the principal character's punishment by life/society/parents for being an unapologetic, disgusting, dangerous, sexually harassing anti-social tearing testosterone- laden a-pigsty - a true "slice of manure". No, didn't happen. All characters are reduced to the nearly basic and frightening clichés - both girls and boys. Existence a total jerk is glorified every second of this inexpensive moving-picture show. Sexist, sexist, sexist, it hurt so much to sentry it.
If y'all take any respect for women and common sense (which I hope you do), do non bother to scout this steaming pile of feces.

Fabricated me grinning made me weep...
The story is a love story, pure one. Only what a forcefulness the feelings of ii young people accept. Information technology is important to mention - he was her first love... If you lot recall about information technology throughout the motion-picture show, you will definitely feel the power of this encounter. It keeps y'all tight in one scene, it makes yous smiling and cry in another.
The scenes about death, blackmail, decent life in a decent family and cleaved life of a broken immature mind - don't exit you indifferent. Blow encounters in life are non accidental at all. Everything has its income and touch. Sometimes good to experience. Sometimes preferably to avoid. They didn't.

Be stupid and you will live a cracking love story

Another modern adaptation of "Romeo and Juliet" with activeness located in Barcelona, this being the Spanish version of the Italian movie "Tre metri sopra il cielo". An impetuous male child (read bandit), through his despicable beliefs, causes a high guild daughter to fall in love with him.
Although today's dear relationships are perverted (in this case, relationships amidst teenagers), this film takes information technology to a new level such is the stupidity of behaviors. So a bang-up steals a daughter's wallet - from Katina, a small character - and she falls in dearest with him? The main character (Babi) is persecuted, offended, mistreated, almost suffers a provoked traffic accident, sees her best friend be beaten and then falls in dearest with the aggressor Hugo? I'g not saying it'south impossible, only portraying information technology as normal is not normal. All the same for a moving picture with adolescents every bit the target audience, what models of behavior are nosotros transmitting them? I admit that I did not similar whatsoever grapheme although I can understand a little with the defection and fury demonstrated by Hugo because of his background, but the characterization of this fury is too excessive and unrealistic. Confused and incoherent behavior throughout the film past all the characters, only I suppose information technology is also a truthful portrait of our day: we are all lost and we do not know what nosotros desire, adolescents or adults.
Despite a decent direction and loose performances, I cannot give it more than than 3/ten due to the message information technology conveys, which is: exist stupid and you will alive a great dearest story, even if it is doomed from the get-go. expected much more from the story
The following is completely personal opinion and don't feel similar sharing it. Overall the a well known story - a good girl from a wealthy family unit and a street-type boy who regards no rules. Of course they fall in dearest, they get trough lots of "obstacles" to stay together ... but they eventually don't (I'd say the almost interesting, garbing scenes from the motion-picture show).
And so that I try to be short in explanations, I'd say I've seen quiet many "dear story movies" BUT this 1 somehow did not convince me in the sense of the whole story. There's a young dude who plays "mighty" and nothing/no one is capable of stopping him. Non able to control his anxiety he punches and smashes everyone and everything - for me a bit ridiculous. And if more often than not girl's mother was so against their love, why wouldn't she use her further more than her powerful position. I'd put the attention more to the "FLAT scripts" the movie has.
I did love though the photography, sceneries and the way motion was technically filmed. Some other part I liked, was the last x mines of the pic itself. I practice like "happy ends", though particularly in this pic it will be also much.
Never the less, I'1000 23, I'd say it's a nice movie, as far as only you are NOT over xviii.

Not a banal dearest story
After watching this film I had foreign feelings. On the one manus "Tres Metros Sobre el Cielo" is a beautiful love story with squeamish moments, beautiful actors and scenic scene. Just if you retrieve over a plot of this motion-picture show you understand that the master idea is not to show a cute dearest but to tell usa about the globe of teenagers who have admittedly different lives.
Babi is a good daughter from a respected family. Hache is a bad boy, who loves freedom, burn-up and everything fringe. Just simply a pocket-size meeting inverse their lives cardinally. They savage in love, did crazy things, resolved themselves and everything would be fine, but they are so unlike that despite their feelings, they cannot exist together.
At first sight it sounds similar a banal moving-picture show about a tragic love, but it is necessary to watch it to understand that it is not so.
Through the film my mood changed a lot of times. Later it my head was full of thoughts. In my opinion, "Tres Metros Sobre el Cielo" is a film that should exist watched not only one time.

Two people from very different backgrounds autumn in love.
The dear story is beautifully portrayed with very real and believable characters. Information technology'due south definitely worth the watch. Plus, the atomic number 82 couple are incredibly cute. The primary characters are non merely characters who come up from a privileged life or a sketchy background. They are more complicated than that which allows viewers to able to chronicle to them on diverse levels. There is more than to their stories and their truthful colors are slowly shown throughout the picture, just enough to play the emotions of the viewer and to brand the viewers empathize with the characters. The film gives yous a little bit of everything you wait for in a good romance film: laughter, beloved, life, danger, activeness, thrill, and a poignant ending. An catastrophe which makes you look back on your ain life and wonder if yous've constitute or will ever find the kind of love that besides will take you Tres metros s o b r east el c i due east l o.

The story of the outset love, with a storm of feelings, passion and suffering. The film is nearly how a brutal, impudent and impulsive macho nifty and a pocket-sized quiet skillful girl came together.
Nosotros met in traffic, he sweetly called her "ugly." And so in the club, this 'Ugly' and 'Beast' sounded very nice. I of the best love movies I've had to watch in the last few years. This moving picture is then light, beautiful, really summery and charming. Yes, charming is the best give-and-take you can use. At the stop, I cried bitterly, which has not happened to my callous middle for a very long time. I won't argue that there is a certain amount of snotness here. But you know, this is some kind of snot that you wait in films well-nigh dearest. It doesn't make you feel embarrassed that you want to turn away. This is the kind of romance that can happen in the life of each of us.
